A Little About Me…
I was born at a very young age. Okay… all jokes aside! I was born and raised in South Florida, so I am what they refer to as a native Floridian. Back in school, I was involved in pretty much all of the arts… band, choir, drama, etc. I played guitar, drums, sang, acted, drew and danced (I have not danced in a LONG time, so I am a bit rusty). The arts and creativity are my passion. I did start to pursue acting just out of high school, but there was another path I was to take.
A couple of years after I graduated from high school, I decided to join the U.S. Navy. I joined for six years and was trained in nuclear power and electronics. While serving in Sicily, my music, primarily my guitar, is what kept me motivated. Each night, I would wander around the base playing the guitar. Some nights, I would sit on the steps outside the barracks and watch the beauty of nature, as Mount Etna erupted. What a spectacular view… nature’s fireworks.
Since leaving the Navy, I have had several careers. Most of these career choices were technical in nature, but my love has always pulled me toward the arts. So, I have committed myself to become the best that I can at this and to make a career and living out of that which I enjoy most.
